Section 1
Board and General Membership Meetings shall be held quarterly in the
following months: May(annual business meeting), August, November and
February.
A) The February meeting shall be held in the host city of the annual seminar the following May.
B) The dates, places and times for the meetings shall be determined by the President.
C) A three week written notice regarding the meeting date and location will be sent by regular mail to all Active, Associate and Privileged members.
Section 2
Special meetings may be held at any time and place selected by the President
upon three weeks written notice to all Active, Associated and Privileged
members.
Section 3
Any item, motion or issue coming before the membership at a board, general
or special meeting must be approved by a two-thirds vote of the membership
present.
