Article XV - Amendments
The bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the present membership present at a meeting providing the following requirements have been met:
A) Copies of the proposed amendments shall be sent to the Secretary sixty days prior to the meeting for mailing to the membership;
B) The proposed amendments shall have been presented by the Board of Directors to the membership for discussion;
C) After discussion, a vote will be taken; thereby making that amendment(s).
