Article VII - Attendance

Section 1
Any member holding an elected office fails to attend at least two of the quarterly meetings shall be relieved of that office.

A) After two unexcused absences, the President shall appoint someone to fill that office until the May conference where the general membership shall vote on someone to hold that office.

B) An excused absence shall be for legitimate reasons after notifying the President that the absence is unavoidable.


Section 2
When attendance is not possible, for a called meeting, the Active member holding an office shall notify the President as soon as possible, prior to that meeting.


Section 3
A roll call of elected officers shall be conducted by the Secretary, noting those present or absent, to determine excused or non-excused absences for documentation in the minutes of the said meeting.
